Timothy O’Sullivan, PhD

Dr. O’Sullivan is the Morrison Family Chair and Assistant Professor at UCLA Department of Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics. His research in the molecular mechanisms of NK cell activation and survival has broad implications in vaccine design and cancer research. Dr. O’Sullivan has received numerous national awards for his significant research in NK cell biology including an American Cancer Society Postdoctoral Fellowship and the America Association of Immunologists Thermo Fisher Trainee Achievement Award. His work is supported by the National Institute of Health (NIH) and the University of California Cancer Research Coordinating Committee (UC CRCC).
